Harry has been CAP’s owner and CEO since its inception and continues to actively manage the organization. With almost two decades of experience Harry brings a practical, service-first mentality to every CAP client and project. Harry began his CRO career in 1997 as the co-founder and member of the executive team responsible for the management and operation of Biomodels, a preclinical CRO based in Watertown, MA. He transitioned to CAP on a full time basis in 2008, building CAP to its current status as the premier supportive care clinical service provider in the industry. Prior to co-founding Biomodels and CAP, Harry was the founder and CEO of Receptor, Inc. where his leadership resulted in the commercialization of technology supporting the launch of Johnson & Johnson Merck’s OTC heartburn combination product, Pepcid Complete. Harry received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
As CAP’s Executive Director, Beth has more hands-on supportive care oncology trial management experience than anyone else in the industry. She has had direct experience in the design and optimization of more than 20 supportive care clinical trials. Overall, Beth has more than 16 years of experience in clinical research across a wide variety of indications.
Beth possesses the rare ability to see the big picture when it comes to sponsor and study management without losing sight of all of the critical details necessary to ensure all aspects of each CAP study are managed effectively. She has elevated CAP’s status since joining the company more than 12 years ago with her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Beth has previously served as an Associate Director and Project Manager at CAP. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology and Microbiology from the University of New Hampshire and her Master’s degree in Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health.
Sheryl, CAP’s Associate Director of Data Quality and Finance, was recruited more than 10 years ago to join CAP’s supportive care data quality management team and since that time she has dedicated herself to ensuring CAP’s supportive care endpoint training and data quality standards are superior. With support from CAP, Sheryl pursued and obtained her MPH while employed full time and has used her prior and continuing education to enhance and optimize many of CAP’s internal and external standards and deliverables related to supportive care clinical trial outcomes.
Through her years at CAP, Sheryl has transitioned from a Data Entry Specialist to a Program Manager and most recently to her role as an Associate Director in which she oversees all of CAP’s training and data quality programs and also manages our Finance Group.
Sheryl received her Master’s Degree in Public Health with concentrations in biostatistics and epidemiology from Boston University School of Public Health.
Chris has more than 10 years of experience in clinical research with a focus on oncology and plays a leading role in the management of CAP’s clinical operations team. With experience in overall project management, study design & monitoring, regulatory matters, and data quality management, he works closely with executive management and mentors members of CAP’s clinical team.
