From Logan Airport (20-25 minutes):
Follow Signs to Ted Williams Tunnel (Interstate 90 WEST).
Take Ted William Tunnel and follow signs to Mass Pike (Interstate 90 WEST).
Follow Directions from Boston.

From Boston (15-20 minutes):
Take Mass Pike (Interstate 90 WEST) to Exit 13 (Natick/Framingham Exit).
After the tollbooth stay left; follow signs to Route 30 EAST (Cochichuate Rd.).
Take Route 30 EAST (Cochichuate Rd.) to first set of lights (Speen St.).
Turn Left onto Speen Street.
Entrance to 111 Speen Street building is located on the left.
CAP’s offices are on the third floor (Suite 303).

From Longwood Hospitals (15-20 minutes):
Head SOUTH on Brookline Avenue (away from Fenway) to the end.
Turn Right onto Route 9 WEST (Boylston Street).
Take Route 9 WEST appx. 13.6 miles to Speen St. Exit.
Take Speen Street exit ramp on right.
Stay to the right and continue to proceed straight on Speen St.
Entrance to 111 Speen Street building is located just after the second light (Rt. 30 Cochichuate Rd.) on the left.

From Points North:
Take Rt. 128 SOUTH to Exit 25 Mass Pike WEST (Interstate 90).
Take Mass Pike WEST to Exit 13 (Natick/Framingham Exit).

Take Route 30 EAST (Cochichuate Rd.) to first set of lights (Speen St.).
